Our commitment

Beyflo is committed to providing people with disabilities equal access to our public information, demonstrations, inquiry paths, and customer features. We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as our technical target.

What we are doing

Our accessibility work includes keyboard access, visible focus, meaningful headings and labels, sufficient contrast, zoom and reflow support, reduced-motion support, accessible form feedback, and alternatives to voice-only interaction. We pair automated checks with keyboard, zoom, screen-reader-oriented, and visual review because automated tools do not identify every barrier.

Alternative access

Typed interaction, email, and forms are available in addition to browser and telephone voice demos. If a feature is difficult to use, contact us and we will work to provide the same information or service through a reasonable alternative while the barrier is reviewed.

Report a barrier

Email admin@beyflo.com. If possible, include the page address, what you were trying to do, the problem encountered, and the browser or assistive technology used. You do not need to disclose a disability. We will acknowledge the report and work to provide access while it is reviewed.

Third-party services

Some functions rely on third-party identity, payment, voice, calendar, or telephony services. Please report a problem even if it appears inside a third-party interaction so we can provide an alternative and work with the provider.
